Customer Issue: While his attic was empty for repurposing, the customer decided to add a radiant barrier to it.
Our Solution: The attic needed only a bit of dusting and wall and rafter scrubbing before our real work began. Stapling the measured sheets of the reflective foil to the sturdy wood took us some hours thanks to the attics eccentric interior surfaces, but in the end, it was a job well done.

Customer Issue: Found evidence of mice in his house.
Our Solution: Our team found a small nest in the customer's attic, so w proceeded to trap the young mice and placed cages for the adults. Once all rodents were removed we carried out an all-inclusive proofing of the area, including cleaning all remnants of nesting and droppings, decontaminating the attic, and sealing gaps and holes that could serve as potential access points.

Our Solution: We first set traps, then remove the rodents and seal off the area. Cleaning is offered as a complimentary service.

Customer Issue: The customer had moved into an older house and needed the crawl space cleaned. Our Solution: Since the customer told us he had a rat infestation problem before, we vacuumed and cleaned the crawl space carefully, and proceeded to decontaminate it as well to make sure no bacteria is left anywhere inside.

Customer Issue: Mold in the attic’s insulation.
Our Solution: Wearing protective gear, we carefully removed and disposed of the old insulation material. Before re-insulating the attic, we decontaminated the area to make sure we got rid of any mold remains and that it doesn’t come back. The mold was caused by a leak that has been fixed prior, so all that was left was to reinsulate the attic. Another job done!

Customer Issue: Customer called to have his attic cleaned after he had his house renovated.
Our Solution: After clearing some leftover debris and packages, our team vacuumed and cleaned the attic and crawl space. We also inspected the insulation to make sure everything was intact.
